Originally from Chicago, Mona brings a refined culinary perspective shaped by her formal education in Culinary Arts and Applied Sciences and Hospitality Management. Her work is defined by precision, creativity, and a deep appreciation for elevated cuisine, resulting in thoughtfully designed dining experiences that are as beautiful as they are memorable.
Under her leadership, Mona’s Cuisine has achieved significant recognition, including becoming a preferred vendor for The Witte Museum. The brand has been featured on KSAT, SA Live, and SA Living, and has catered for distinguished clients such as The San Antonio Spurs, Liminal Collective, and military personnel at Brook Army Medical Center .
